Lab Technician (Part-time)

Two shifts a week from 7am-7pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established procedures and protocols.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from laboratory tests and experiments.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) regulations.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, solutions, and cultures.
- Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a research laboratory or similar setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with scientific research methodologies and techniques.
- Understanding of animal physiology and veterinary terminology is beneficial.
- Experience with histology techniques is desirable.
