We are adding a Human Resource Generalist to our team! This role will have involvement in a range of HR responsibilities which include talent acquisition, payroll and administrative activities.
Responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition for hourly positions (job descriptions; recruiting; job fairs; hiring; pre-employment assessments) Serves as administrator of the Applicant Tracking System Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiency Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll using payroll software Monitor and assist with the performance evaluation program Assist with maintaining the integrity of the data in the HRIS system for employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions Conduct or assist with conducting internal HR audits to ensure regulatory compliance Other duties as assigned Requires:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 2
years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment HR Certification (PHR and/or SHRM-CP) strongly preferred Experience working with an automated time keeping system and HRIS, preferably Paycor Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of payroll and human resources work Townley Engineering & Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
