Must be dependable and accurate in performing tasks for patient care.
Some Weekends required and flexibility in schedule is a must.
Position Overview:
-Must be able to remain calm and professional at all times.
-Must understand how to operate a high volume phone system -Optimize visitor satisfaction by answering the phone with a warm greeting and providing excellent customer service to each patient that calls into our office.
-Provide Operator assistance to incoming callers by answering questions, directing calls to the appropriate department.
-Experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred -Must be able to pass a Level II Background check.
-Bilingual is a PLUS Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$15.
