- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Transcribing notes and dictations accurately.
- Entering orders into the system with precision.
- Typing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Proofreading documents for errors and maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with order entry processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist is advantageous.
